Oct 3: We took a train from Paris to Lausanne, Switzerland, located on the shores of Lake Geneva
We wandered around Ouchy (Lausanne Harbor) Then took a short boat ride across Lake Geneva to Evian, France
Lausanne is beautifully situated on Lake Geneva

Lausanne's parks were full of Chestnut Trees awaiting people to gather up the chestnuts

Oct 4: We visited Neuchatel Old Town, home of the Swiss watch making industry
We also visited the beautiful town of Bern Bern is the capital of Switzerland, and this is their Casino
Bern is surrounded on three sides by the Aare River
Albert Einstein's Street with its famous Clock Tower Albert Einstein's House
Street fountain outside Einstein's house Einstein lived and worked in Bern from 1903 to 1905
 
Oct 5: We took a bus from Lausanne to Pully and wandered along Lake Geneva to the village of Lutry  
 
Sights along Lake Geneva walkway  
 
The walkway passes several marinas and is near the famous lakeshore vineyards  
 
Oct 6: We took an early morning train from Lausanne to Zurich  
 
Zurich has several lovely parks and is situated on the edge of Lake Zurich  
 
Museum Park near our hotel in Zurich University of Zurich students have a great view of the city  
 
Zum Kropf Restaurant in Zurich's Old Town: Baroque ceilings and delicious sour dough bread  
   
 
Oct 7: We flew Swiss Air back to San Francisco
